Mile wu then cross country ladders at the cemetery. 200 400 800 1600 then back down at goal 5k pace. Hit 6:10 for all but the mile which was 6:15 not what we were shooting for but still not horrible. Overall it was a solid workout. Also had an incredible race with Watson for the last 200m I barely caught her at the end but that was a good time so shoutout to her. Mileage was low today but definitely went over a little bit. Abs, hips and push-ups :)
